About Steven Huff
Steven Huff is a professional martial artist, weapons and combatives
instructor/consultant/historian and Fight Choreographer/Performer living in Los Angeles but originally from the East Coast. He routinely teaches workshops as well as personal training on a wide variety of fighting styles and weapons. Starting with Eastern martial arts as a kid, his interest in history and fascination with knights and fantasy led to an interest in European weaponry. In college he spent a lot of time studying early American history and weaponry and developed an interest in the weapons and fighting styles along the frontier, with a particular interest in the tomahawk. After meeting Col. Dwight McLemore in 2000, he began to focus on the weapons styles within the School of Two Swords. Eventually Steve received his full Instructor Certification and School of Two Swords Charter. He currently is the Director of the School of Two Swords after the Col’s passing in 2021.
He is the co-author of the HMCA publication By Sword and Tomahawk.
